The Fairweather Homes modular construction system provides a unique opportunity to have the most important components of the custom designed house delivered to the site in high quality, pre-made pre-inspected form. An extensive library of common components is used and programmed on computer to enable costs and quality of design and construction to be predictable. Framing components are of prefabricated kiln dried and laminated timbers, precision engineered for easy on-site connection.

This construction system allows choices to be made about the method of completion of the house.
