1. Component Supply:
- Drawings and documentation
- Kiln dried pine roof and wall frames
- Pergola and verandah timbers
- External structural plywood cladding
- Windows
- Roofing and sisalation paper
- Internal raked timber ceiling lining
- Timber flooring (if included)
- External doors, locks, hardware and hinges
- Roof and wall insulation blankets
2. Lock Up:
- Component supply and erection, plus
- Timber subfloor or concrete slab
- Electrical and plumbing "rough in"
3. Completion:
- Lock up, plus
- Internal linings and doors
- Floor coverings to wet areas only
- Fully laminated joinery for kitchen, bathroom
and laundry, including linen and broom cupboards
- Large built in robes to all bedrooms
- Electrical and plumbing fittings and fixtures
- Hot Water service, cook top, oven, griller,
rangehood, exhaust fans
- Fit off of electrical and plumbing fittings
and fixtures
