DESIGN SERIES® - STRUCTURED PROGRAM

The most unique and important part of the Fairweather Homes system is its comprehensive four stage design process:

Stage 1 - Design presentation and cost estimate

  • Preparation of design brief from site information, client requirements and first interview
  • Preparation of sketch plan and elevations
  • Preparation of accurate cost estimate for supply of components, building to lock up and building to completion
Stage 2 - Documents for building permit and builder quotations
  • Second interview to finalise design and selection of finishes and equipment
  • Supply of Title and soil test data by client
  • Preparation of documents and submission for building permit
  • Preparation of documents and arranging builder quotations (if proposed)
  • Third interview to review requirements prior to finalising contracts
Stage 3 - Component supply documentation
  • Preparation of drawings of all components to be manufactured and a complete take off of all items to be provided
Stage 4 - Component manufacture and delivery
  • Coordination of the manufacture and delivery to the site of all items on the component list.
